Dorothy went to Joaquim’s house with a letter from her father. This asked Joaquim to look after Dorothy because people were looking for Dorothy to kill her.
Joaquim decided to turn that American girl into a decent little woman. Joaquim started to teach Dorothy manners.
Dorothy hated Joaquim because he was very serious and boring. After they had to lived together for a while she started to go out to do the shopping, to take a walk etc.
Dolores started a relationship with a boy and when Joaquim heard about it, he was angry and hit her.
One day, Dorothy saw a letter. In this, it said that Dorothy was not in danger anymore, so she could return home if she wanted. She did not know nothing about this letter.
Dorothy also known as Dolores was angry and tried to escape, but Joaquim locked her in the house and he went out. When he returned, he was very angry. He pulled out her teeth and said to her that now she would not get a boyfriend because she was so ugly.
She escaped again and went to the dentist. He repaired her teeth. She went to the airport, but while she was waiting for the plane, Joaquim arrived and forced her to return home with him.
